Ace Rebecca has been a branded name for superior construction within our community for almost twenty-five years now. We firmly believe that construction is a service industry and that our customers are entitled to the highest quality of work that can be provided.  This means that we are committed to providing highly trained and highly skilled technicians, along with on-site senior management, to provide high quality construction to our customers. The Ace Rebecca creed is that qualitiy of work is much more important than volume of work. Because of this, we focus on maintaining a large number of hourly employees, who actually complete the construction work, instead of only employing administrative and sales staff to deploy subcontractor crews once jobs are sold.

Our General Manager, Bill Johnson, is a third generation construction worker, who takes pride in completing quality construction projects for his customers.  The Ace Rebecca name will forever preserve the name of Bill's mother, Rebecca, whose commitment to quality, along with that of her husband Randy, was renowned in the local construction community. Bill was born into the construction business, and his leadership skills were enhanced as a graduate of the Service Academy at West Point, NY and former Captain in the U.S. Army.

If you pay a responsible craftsman an honest wage, he or she will perform good work. Most of our competitors are more focused on their bottom-line profits than traditional craftsmanship. They tightly control their labor costs by strictly paying only for amounts of materials installed. All of their projects are normally completed by subcontractors or what they call their "crews", which are often uninsured, undocumented, or illegal workers.  This type of compensation only encourages projects to be completed quickly, which often involves skipping important steps or just not taking the time to lay out or install materials neatly. Almost any construction project can be completed in half the time by not taking all the necessary steps to completed the job properly, or by doing what is commonly referred to as "just throwing the stuff up to get on to the next job." This management philosophy focuses on short-term business profit at the expense of job quality.
